I´m a student of industrial design in Darmstadt germany (University Of Applied Sciences/ Faculty Of Design -
www.fbg.h-da.de).
For an report I have to conduct an survey to the Ibot wheelchair.
So now I hope you can spend a minute to fill up my survay to the Ibot wheelchair.
To affirm an answer please set an x ahead the answer.

Question 1:
Wich of the following words would you associate with your feelings, if you saw the Ibot (with all these new functions) at the first time? Only one answer affirm possible.

Question 2:
How important is the design for you on an wheelchair like the Ibot? Only one affirm possible.
1. The design is totaly careless, the function stands on top.
2. The design like the Ibot is totaly acceptable for me.
3. The design could be better.
4. The design is very boring and unitarily.
Qustion 3:
If you go with the Ibot in the balance mode. In your opinion, how would you perceive from other people. Only one affirm possible.
1. Other people would me never perceive as an wheelchair user (because similar eye level).
2. People could forget sometimes, that I´m an wheelchair user (because similar eye level).
3. People perceive me as an classic wheelchair user.
Question 4.
How far does your mobility advanced with the Ibot in contrast to your mobility with an normal wheelchair? Only one affirm possible.
1. Extrem advance, 100% independence.
2. Good advance, nearly no dependent on help.
3. Minimum advance.
4. No advance in contast to normal wheelchairs.

Question 5:
How fast did you learned the handling of the ibot functions? Only one affirm possible.
1. Fast, the ibot is very intuitive.
2. It takes a while, but now theres is no problem with the handling.
3. The handling with the new function is very difficult to learn.
Question 6:
In your opinion, wich function of the Ibot is the best? Four affirms possible.
1. Balance-Function.
2. Stair climbing function.
3. Four wheel function, for rough terrain.
4. Remote Function
Question 7:
The Ibot costs about 26.000 Dollars. On wich price the Ibot where to expensive to you? Only one affirm possible.
1. Above 30.000 Dollars
2. Above 35.000 Dollars
